If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please advise us within 48hours of your appointment. A rescheduling appointment can then be made within five business days of your initial appointment.
We understand unexpected circumstances occur last minute. In the case of this happening within 24hrs of your appointment & you need to reschedule, we require a 50% booking fee.
